Ideas and responses
My ideas for this is going to be a big drawing from the equipment of Biro pens, pencil and painting due to the mixed media, in this drawing it will show the emotions of people and transport, such as a person driving a car or riding a bicycle etc and also the emotions on the people’s face. By drawing the person’s face, I’ll use the artist named Dryden Goodwin because in his drawings he brings out the emotions of a person’s face.  When using the Biro pens, I’ll aim for a responsive work towards the artist of George Segal because the models that he makes are so effective because it’s still and yet you can tell what’s going on without any movement and so I’d like to draw from one of my photos a person in a position just like what he does. The painting is going to come from the artist of Picasso from his early days painting people.  I’ll use that to influence me on painting a person or a car going past because it’s easy to create that blur effect
I’m going to draw  2-Dimensional / mixed media in my project because I’m comfortable with drawing in 2D because it’s easy for me and for mixed media, the equipment I’m going to use is the Biro pens, pencil and painting because I’ve always liked how they mixed in reflecting ways.
The Idea of transport (trains, tubes, cars, bus and cycling) is that how it connects with the public by how people use it and why do they use it.
Critical and contextual references and influences
List of artists that are going to influence me on my outcome
George Segal – he made sculptures of people with emotion from either sitting down or standing up and so I want to capture the emotion of people by their body language towards transport
Dryden Goodwin - from the underground tube stations he drew ordinary people, in his style of drawing and in his drawings you can see the emotion in people’s faces
Picasso - in his early paintings there was one that stood out for me and it was a portrait painting of an old man with a big beard and a flat hat and I thought it was inspirational because it was so beautiful by the high detail
Intended techniques, media, processes and timescales

My new Idea is going to be sculpture of me from the same material to what George Segal used, which was the plaster bandage. You will see the physical emotion by my body language that I will create from the artist George Segal. The facial expressions showing the emotion of them through the technique of Dryden Goodwin. then by also showing the emotion from the drawings of my face, I'll use the same technique that Tom Phillips did, which was he used IStopMotion to gather up his 169 drawings and made it into a video, I'm going to draw roughly 130 drawings of my self in an IStopMotion way so that I can put it onto my iPad 2 and use it as a screen to project my drawings as a head.

Critical and contextual references and influences
George Segal – he made sculptures of people with emotion from either sitting down or standing up and so I want to capture the emotion of people by their body language towards transport
Dryden Goodwin - from the underground tube stations he drew ordinary people, in his style of drawing and in his drawings you can see the emotion in people’s faces

Tom Phillips - he created this art piece where he painted portraits of this one woman 169 times like istopmotion and so it was published as a video, by doing so I'd like to create something like that but using my iPad as a face.
Intended techniques, media, processes and timescales
Plaster Bandage, IStopMotion, Pencil drawings
Intended final outcome/s
Life size sculpture of myself sitting down in a dark room with a sheet of silk with printed paintings of areas that I visited in Barcelona. By using the iPad I'm going to use it as a screen to project my IStopMotion drawings of myself.
Proposed methods of review and evaluation

proposed methods of review by looking at the work piece
Proposed method of presentation and final review
The sculpture will be in a instillation were you can only view it from the front because in the instillation it will be blacked out, which means the public has to figure out what the sculpture is.
